The short version: we only collect what we need to reply to you and do your work. We don't sell your information, and your card details never touch our systems — payments run entirely through Stripe.
What we collect
When you request a free audit, the form asks for:
- Your name and email (required — so we can reply)
- Business name, website, and phone (optional)
- Which service you're interested in, and anything you tell us in the message box
The audit form asks for no payment information, and we never ask for your passwords. This is the inquiry list, not the complete list for paying clients — see Paid onboarding below.
How your request is handled
When you submit the audit form, your answers are stored in a private inquiry record on our server, and a notification is sent to the business owner's designated email inbox. We keep hello@reworksweb.com as the public contact address below, but we don't claim that every notification is successfully delivered — email delivery depends on our mail provider, and if a send fails the inquiry record still holds your request. One human — Will — reads inquiries and replies, usually within 2 business days. Your request isn't added to any mailing list, and we don't send marketing emails you didn't ask for.
Payments
If you hire us, checkout and card processing are handled entirely by Stripe under their own privacy policy. We see your name, email, and what you ordered — never your full card number.
Paid onboarding
Paying clients go through a private onboarding page, reached with a personal invitation link. Alongside project work, it collects:
- Business contact details
- Project answers and preferences
- Requested fixes and approvals
- Optional meeting requests
- Uploaded files — logos, photos, and PDF, DOCX, or TXT documents
Files you share during a project
Files uploaded during paid onboarding are stored privately for your project, aren't publicly accessible, and aren't shared with anyone outside the work we're doing for you.
Cookies and tracking
This website doesn't set advertising cookies and doesn't run analytics or ad-pixel scripts. Our hosting, payment, and email providers may process routine technical and security logs as part of running their services. The homepage and this page load fonts from Google Fonts, and the homepage's sample images are served from Unsplash — those are third-party requests made to display the site itself.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we have from your inquiry, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@reworksweb.com and we'll take care of it. If you became a client, we keep project records while your site is hosted with us — there's no fixed retention schedule published here; ask and we'll tell you how we handle it for your project.
